For 14 days, you’ll be tasked with a set of practices for the morning when you first wake up and the evening before bed. We’ll start with a few minutes each day and build up to a total of 30 minutes for your morning and evening routine each.

You won’t need any props or fancy equipment. Just yourself, a notebook, and some fresh lemons. No, seriously, that’s the entire shopping list!

Each practice is specifically designed to reduce stress levels by activating the parasympathetic response — your “rest and digest” mode. By activating this mode for 30 minutes at the beginning and end of your day, you reap the benefits of a clearer mind, more restful sleep, higher productivity, and increased overall health.
